Cara Fulton will be your teacher/tour guide. She holds a Master's degree in adult education and has been teaching English as a Second Language, GED preparation, and basic skills in the D.C. area for over fifteen years. She is also a licensed tour guide and member of the Guild of Professional Tour Guides.
